· Items: name, phone, email, type, amount, preferred date, receipt request, notes
· Purpose: to confirm and manage your giving
· Delivery: your application is not stored on this website. It is sent to our staff by email through a third-party email relay service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), whose servers may be located outside Korea. If online delivery fails, you can send it from your own email app instead.
· Retention: kept in the staff mailbox for the period required by law after giving ends (otherwise 1 year)
· You may decline; online application will then be unavailable, but you can still apply by calling 1588-2716.

· Items: name, phone, email, amount, payment ID, payment method and time
· Purpose: to process your online gift, confirm it and thank you
· Payment: payment is made in the payment provider's window (PortOne and its PG partner). We never receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.
· Delivery: once payment is complete, the details above are sent to our staff by email through a third-party email relay service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), whose servers may be located outside Korea. Gifts are reconciled against the payment provider's records.
· Retention: the notification email is kept in the staff mailbox and deleted within 1 year after reconciliation; payment records are kept for the period required by law
· You may decline; online giving will then be unavailable, but you can still give by bank transfer.
